5. Once we confirm the return, we'll schedule a pickup within 1-3 business days at no extra cost.

6. Usually, we receive the product within 6-7 days. Upon receiving it, we'll issue store credit or dispatch the exchanged product within 2-3 days, provided all conditions are met.
