3. For returns, the refunded amount will be provided in the form of store credit, valid for up to one year.

4. If you choose to exchange, and the selected item has a higher value, you'll be required to pay the price difference. If it's of lower value, you'll receive a credit for the difference.

5. Once we confirm the return, we'll schedule a pickup within 1-3 business days at no extra cost.

6. Usually, we receive the product within 6-7 days. Upon receiving it, we'll issue store credit or dispatch the exchanged product within 2-3 days, provided all conditions are met.

7. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we'll try to offer suitable alternatives or issue a store credit, which typically takes 10-15 business days.
